Abstract Submission Guidelines

Guidelines for Submission of Abstract

  • Abstract (language: English or Hindi) should not exceed 300-500 words including keywords (Font: Times New Roman 12, justified with 1.15 spacing, 1 inch margin (2.5 cm) on all sides).
  • Abstract should include the Title of the paper, name of the author(s) and presenter along with affiliation and email ids & contact numbers, and theme of the conference under which the abstract is sent.
  • Abstract will be subjected to a review process and only those abstracts approved by the reviewers will be selected for Oral / Poster Presentation and subsequently
  • The research paper should be between 3000-5000 words.
  • The research paper must be an original analysis and the author’s own work. Previously published research papers will not be accepted. A similarity index of less than 20% is required.
  • Submit the research paper in both word and PDF format.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts in English or Hindi (300-500 words) following the specified format. The abstract should include the title, author details, affiliation, contact information, and relevant conference theme. All submissions will undergo a review process, and selected abstracts will qualify for Oral/Poster Presentation. Research papers should be original (3000-5000 words) with a similarity index below 20% and must be submitted in Word and PDF formats. Submissions can be sent to icob2047@kuk.ac.in.

Language & Format:

  • The abstract can be submitted in English or Hindi and should be between 300-500 words, including keywords.

    • Relevant Conference Theme

Review & Selection Process:

  • All abstracts will undergo a review process by experts.
  • Only approved abstracts will be selected for Oral/Poster Presentation and further communication.

Research Paper Submission:

  • The research paper should be between 3000-5000 words.
  • It must be original and not previously published.
  • A similarity index of less than 20% is required.
  • The paper should be submitted in both Word and PDF format.
